Divan bases are extremely popular, due to their sturdy construction, easy manoeuvrability, and excellent storage options. Choose your type of divan, and alter the size so it’s a perfect fit.

Divan Drawers
Up to four drawers can be included as part of a double divan base, providing an elegant storage solution in your bedroom. Each divan drawer costs £55.
Ottoman Storage Divan Bases
For even more storage than a regular divan bed base, you can choose an Ottoman Storage Divan Base with either half end-opening, end-opening, or side-opening functionality, with plenty of space inside. These bases offer a huge robust storage solution. The lid of the ottoman lifts with the aid of springs and pistons, along with the mattress.

Antique Bed Bases
Ideal for a Victorian, Georgian, Continental or four poster bed. A bed base provides an optimum platform on which to place your mattress, ensuring it is correctly supported and thereby prolonging mattress life.

Size Alterations
Our bed bases are available in a wide range of standard sizes as displayed in the tables above, but you can also tailor the size to create a bed base or divan that is right for you.
Extra-wide or extra-narrow bed bases
Choose the next size bed base or divan up (ie. if you want a bed that’s 4’8” wide, choose the 5’0″ option) and then add 10% to the price for the reduction.
Long or extra-long bed bases
Up to 6’9″ (206cm) long – add 20%
Up to 7’0″ (214cm) long – add 25%
Up to 7’6″ (230cm) long – add 30%
Up to 8’0″ (244cm) long – add 35%
Up to 9’0″ (275cm) long – add 45%
Bed Base and Divan Base Standard Lengths
Up to 4’6″ (135cm) wide – 6’3″ (190cm) long
From 5’0″ (150cm) wide – 6’6″ (200cm) long
DELIVERY
We are able to deliver our handmade mattresses and bed bases to any UK address and to most European destinations, however please note that orders to some more remote areas may incur additional charges. Please contact us to discuss delivery charges to Europe.
