Our Sleep Promise
Quality sleep is crucial for a healthy body and mind and we want every mattress we make for our Odd customers to provide many years of deep, restorative and restful sleep. It is essential that you find a mattress you love, therefore if you purchase a standard sized mattress from us, but feel it’s not quite right, let us know within 45 days of delivery and we’ll find something that works better for you.
A new mattress can feel a little different to the old mattress it replaces, and like a quality pair of new leather shoes, can take some time (normally between 4 – 6 weeks) to take on the feel it is designed to have, and for you and your mattress to become fully accustomed to one other. This is one reason why it seems so impossible to get a real sense of what a mattress will feel like when you ‘try’ it in-store – paying extra for the privilege but with little or no recourse of return should it be unsuitable.
We promise to do our utmost to ensure your Odd mattress provides you with years of great sleep. All we ask is that you try your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days before contacting us to activate our Sleep Promise and request a replacement. If you are still not loving your Odd mattress after 30 days then one of our experienced sleep consultants will be happy to discuss any issues you may be having and advise an alternative mattress to try.
We are happy to exchange your mattress for a different type or tension. The only cost to you will be a contribution to cover collection of the old mattress and delivery of your new one, which is typically around £65 depending on your location.
If you choose a higher priced mattress you will be expected to pay the balance, and if you choose a less expensive mattress we will, of course, refund you the difference.
Please note that our Sleep Promise applies to all standard sized UK, EU and US mattresses only. Our Sleep Promise excludes made to measure & bespoke sized mattresses, cot and crib mattresses, divan bases and headboards.
