We understand how frustrating extra charges can be, so we strive to offer free delivery on orders over £75 – even for our luxurious Emperor size mattresses. Check out the nifty table below for an overview of our delivery charges.

For UK Mainland deliveries of all adult-sized mattresses and beds, we send out our own two-person team who will get your items wherever you need them and assemble any bed bases and headboards. For those living a bit further from us, we use national delivery services to help us go that extra mile, we brief our couriers to ensure everything goes smoothly. While they won’t assemble the beds for you, our beds are incredibly easy to put together. If however, you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help.

If we can’t deliver directly to you from our Yorkshire factory, we may need a little help covering costs. For online orders, any extra fees will be displayed to you at checkout, for any orders placed over the phone these fees will be discussed with you prior to purchase.

Some Small Print
For insurance purposes, we can guarantee delivery to the ground floor door only. Delivery to the bedroom by our two man delivery team is normally possible however we cannot be held liable for any damage to your property during delivery. Responsibility for goods, once ordered, will rest with the Customer who must ensure that the goods will fit through relevant doors and passageways.

Delivery timescales

All of our products are carefully crafted by hand in Yorkshire. While it may take a bit more time to create our wonderful mattresses and beds compared to mass-produced alternatives, we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. When discussing your order we will be able to provide an estimated timescale based on your specific requirements and postcode.

Mattresses, bed bases and headboards are made to order and delivered within 6 working weeks.

All Bedding, Bed Linen & Accessories are made to order and delivered within 3- 4 working weeks

  • We ship bedding orders via Parcel Force. If you provide your mobile number when you order, the courier will send you a text to notify you of your delivery and give you a 1-hour delivery slot. Within the text message you receive there will also be options to change your delivery day and divert your parcel to your nearest Post Office.

Free fabric swatches – your free swatches will be posted out via Royal Mail within 1 working week

There may be the odd occasion when delivery times vary from those stated above – if there is to be any delay to your order we’ll reach out as soon as possible to discuss this with you.

International Delivery

Europe 

If you are based in any of the European Union (EU) countries listed below we can bring your sleep haven straight to your doorstep, faff-free, by delivering your order to Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means all duties and taxes are included in the cost of your order and there will be no hidden charges to pay on delivery of your new mattress, bed and headboard.

European Countries covered by DDP: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Please note: For international deliveries including the EU, our delivery partner can deliver to an accessible kerbside location as standard. Our courier’s pallet trucks cannot move over gravel, steps or rough ground. Due to local regulations, our courier will be unable to enter your home.

Rest of the World

What you need to know about our Assembly Service

Removal and recycling of old mattresses and divans

Disposing of your old mattress and divan can be onerous. Your local council may not be able to collect your old mattress on the same day as we deliver, and when they do collect the charges for disposal can often be high. We are delighted to be able to offer a removal and full recycle service for our customers old mattresses. Each mattress once collected will be separated into its component parts which are then sent to be washed, processed and reused. Our service guarantees your old mattress is diverted from landfill and the materials recycled and re-used, being given a second life in other manufactured products.

We charge a flat fee of £50.00 to remove and recycle your old mattress regardless of its size.

With our Sleep Promise, if you feel your new mattress is not quite right let us know within 45 days and we will find a mattress which better suits you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return, refund or exchange an item, providing it has not been used, it is in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to do this for you. Please send returns within 14 days of delivery to:

We also recommend that you get a proof of posting and include a note with your name, contact number, order number and reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or a replacement. Please note delivery and collection charges will not be refunded. Bespoke and made to measure items may not be returned (this includes any upholstered furniture).
