We handmake every mattress to order in our Yorkshire workshop, aiming to produce and deliver it within 6 weeks. Nationwide delivery is free of charge. Your mattress will be brought to your home by two of our experienced team members, who will place it in your bedroom and take away all packaging for responsible recycling. Your mattress firmness should match both your body weight and the level of support you find comfortable. As a general guide, a medium tension mattress suits most sleepers (up to around 16 stone / 101kg), while a firm mattress provides a more supportive feel for those between 16–18 stone (101–114kg). Softer tensions are available as part of our bespoke service. If you’re unsure which mattress firmness is right for you, just give us a call and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Is 3000 pocket springs a good amount?
Yes, 3000 pocket springs provide excellent support and responsiveness, allowing the mattress to contour closely to your body for improved comfort. It is the highest spring count we offer. Always be wary of other brands offering higher spring counts as these are often achieved through the use of micro springs which offer no additional benefit to your body when resting.
