Blenheim 1500
The Blenheim is, to many, our best-known mattress. Our flagship mattress for over thirty five years, the Blenheim contains deep luxurious cotton and lambswool fillings and 1500 individual pocket springs, which together create a sumptuous and supportive night’s sleep. It’s easy to see why our established customers have returned repeatedly over three decades to reorder this mattress!
As with the Richmond, the Blenheim has two rows of hand side stitching. This process is highly skilled, and takes our craftsmen many years to perfect. Hand side stitching creates a more supportive edge to the mattress and is recommended for any mattress used in the master bedroom. At The Odd Company, we make our mattresses the right way and without compromise: by placing deep cotton and lambswool fillings on both sides of the pocket spring system. This allows the Blenheim to be fully turned and rotated, ensuring your mattress provides deep restful sleep, night after night, over many years.
The Blenheim is available as a made to measure mattress which can be handmade to any size or shape, and so if you have specific needs we are able to meet them. Of course we can also make the Blenheim to standard sizes in both imperial and metric dimensions. Whether its a bespoke size or a standard size you require the Blenheim will undoubtedly meet all your expectations.

Making a mattress shorter than standard
Choose the required mattress width and then add 10% to the price for the reduction in length.
Making a mattress with a bespoke width
Choose the next mattress size up (i.e.. if you want a bed that’s 4’8” wide, choose the 5’0″ option) and then add 10% to the price for the reduction in width.
Making a mattress longer than standard
Choose the required mattress width and then add the following percentages to the price for the increase in length.
Up to 6’9″ (206cm) long – add 20%
Up to 7’0″ (214cm) long – add 25%
Up to 7’6″ (230cm) long – add 30%
Up to 8’0″ (244cm) long – add 35%
Up to 9’0″ (300cm) long – add 45%

Delivery
We are able to deliver to all UK addresses and most European destinations, however some more remote areas may incur additional charges. For international shipping please contact us in order to obtain a quote.

We aim to manufacture and deliver all mattresses within 4-6 weeks of an order being placed.
Mattress Removal and Recycling
We are delighted to be able to offer a removal and full recycling service of our customers old mattresses. Each mattress once collected will be separated into its component parts which are processed and returned to the circular economy. Our service guarantees your old mattress is diverted from landfill and the materials recycled and given a second life in other manufacturing sectors.
Our mattress removal and recycling service can be requested when we contact you to organise delivery. We regrettably are unable to offer mattress removal and recycling to remote delivery locations where a third party transport company may complete delivery on our behalf.
